To support and educate families and friends experiencing mental health illness in their families. To help families and friends develop healthy coping skills to support their loved ones. We want to bring families together so they can share their stories and how they have coped thus far. They will develop a sense of belonging knowing they are not alone in this battle.

Our approach is holistic, addressing the unique needs of each family. We provide:

  • Customized counselling with certified social workers.
  • Engagement in psycho-educational workshops and talks.
  • Guidance and links to additional organizations.
  • Volunteer assistance and community involvement.
  • Unique access to the NAMI program in Dufferin County.
  • Extensive mental health resources and educational materials.
